We strive to ensure your orders are promptly processed and delivered to you. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class as our standard shipping method. All items are handmade to order and delivery time will vary depending on fabric availability, but is typically 1 - 4 weeks. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days within the UK.

For customers requiring faster delivery options, please contact our customer service team directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide alternative shipping options at an additional cost.

Please note that we typically only offer shipping within the United Kingdom as standard but please contact our customer services team directly for deliveries outside the UK.

Returns:

At Bodhi Bee Clothing, we stand behind the quality of our products. If, however, you receive a faulty item, we are here to assist you.

Faulty Items:

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide a replacement for the faulty item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges and Refunds:

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We recommend reviewing our sizing guide carefully before placing your order to ensure a proper fit.

Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
